The Firm's highly developed, multi-faceted process is achieved through, but not limited to, Direct Investment; including the provision of Convertible Bridge Loans and PIPE's (Private Investment to Public Equity).  The goal is to facilitate funding for purposes of expansion, new product development and the execution of marketing strategies.  In addition, TCPE will assist our carefully targeted investment entities with the preparation of PPM's (Private Placement Memorandums), Corporate Restructuring and provide documentation required for S.E.C. compliance.

The offerings are limited to entities that meet our firms pre-determined qualifications. TCPE will provide the tools necessary for all qualified entities to achieve long term investment goals, while building a mutually beneficial business relationship.
