Mr. Alexander, is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University (BBA, December 1977) with 25 years of experience as a CPA, partner and principal. Mr. Alexander has extensive experience and knowledge initiating public and private offerings for small companies. His expertise includes professional accounting services with “go-public” transactions, private placement syndications, mergers and acquisitions. He has led and participated in various projects including work with internet services, telephone and VoIP industries, children’s media, aviation, commercial and residential real estate, restaurants, the petroleum industry, medical practices and facilities as well as the entertainment and music industries.
Mr. Alexander
also has vast experience in forensic and reconstructive
accounting and litigation matters appearing as an expert
witness testifying via trial and deposition in federal and
state civil litigation matters. Additionally, he has
appeared with council at “Mediation and/or with a “Special
Master” representing NASD Broker Dealers as an auditor and
consultant. Throughout his career, he has served as a member and chair of various events for Rotary International, Coral Gables Chapter being recognized as a prestigious “Paul Harris Fellow”. He is a past officer and director of the South Dade Chapter of the F.I.C.P.A., and co-chairing special events in partnership with his wife for local schools under the direction of the Archdiocese of Miami.
Dennis G. Ruggeri Mr. Ruggeri, has over 30 years experience developing and evaluating business plan strategy, marketing strategy and related programs for dozens of organizations including high technology start-ups to the Fortune 500. From 1998 to present, he has been an independent consultant, advising companies from Silicon Valley to New York City, including venture capital firms, capital market units of national brokerages, NEC, Eastman Kodak, Xerox and others. In 1997 through 1998, he was President of Hutchins/Y&R, Rochester, NY, a $55 million full service advertising agency where he previously served as COO and CFO, as well as founding as Managing Director, its Xerox Account Group. In 1980 through 1991, he was SVP, Director of Administration and Finance for Client Services of a unit of the global advertising agency, Omnicom Inc., specializing in brand and sales promotion strategies. From 1977 through 1980, he was VP of Marketing of a manufacturer/distributor of scientific equipment with operations in the U.S. and Canada, with a strong presence in Europe, Egypt and the Middle East. In 1972, he was one of the founders of what has become the national retail chain, “World of Science”.
Mr. Ruggeri holds a BS Degree from St. John Fisher College, Rochester, NY. He is a former Chairman of the Board and President of the non-profit Memorial Art Gallery owned and operated by the University of Rochester also serving as a former director and officer of various non-profit organizations.
Donna Cerrone-Alexander Mrs. Alexander, earned a BS Degree in Marketing/Management, May 1977 from Barry University, Miami Shores, Florida. Upon graduation, she was hired by the JC Penney Company as an Assistant Buyer for several lines of women’s clothing. Throughout her almost decade long career with the company, Mrs. Alexander worked directly with the corporate office then located in New York City. Her responsibilities included the placement of goods on a local and national basis, specializing in buys for the southeastern U.S. stores as well as stores in Puerto Rico. In addition, she wrote “in-house” company advertising for national company distribution.
Leaving her position to rear her children, Mrs. Alexander’s organizational skills were used to chair many fundraising and special events for schools and organizations. Recognized for her work in that field, she was hired by the Archdiocese of Miami and worked as an Administrative Director and Curriculum Specialist in the field of education working for a parish in Broward County, Florida. In 2002, Mrs. Alexander completed a graduate level program from St. Thomas University, Miami, Florida, earning a Masters Certificate in Religious Education. Since relocating to the Treasure Coast, she continued her work in religious education teaching at a local parish. Leading food and toy drives for her community, Mrs. Alexander served as VP of the local community Women’s Club. Currently she is an Officer and Advisory Board Member for Martin Volunteers, a branch of The United Way. Press Releases
